Our client was tendering for 101 Collins Street Fit-Out Refurbishment, a lobby fit-out refurbishment located at the busy intersection of the CBD. One of the challenges of the project was to minimise impact and maintain accessibility at all times for office workers throughout construction. This was achieved by staging the refurbishment in 4 Separable Portions completed in 3 stages.

Full-height 7m hoardings were also erected to ensure the high-end retail tenants and F&B could maintain normal operations throughout construction. Using 3D imagery, they were able to impress the selection panel with the high level of detail and foresight given to minimising impacts to the lobby tenants, users and key stakeholders.
