Our client was tendering for ACMI Renewal, an interior refurbishment who's project involved a two-storey internal fit-out to be constructed while maintaining operations to other building levels.

Using 3D imagery and 4D construction sequencing animation, our client accurately captured the fit out sequence and could validate their forecasted schedule against the BIM building information model.

With these images and videos, they efficiently communicated their key strategic advantage in pre-building the fit-out to a high level of accuracy and showing the maintenance of operation to the other levels within the building during construction and accessibility. The selection panel was highly impressed, especially as they understood how they could continue to operate during construction.
