Our client Ireland Brown Constructions was tendering for Korowa Anglican, a sports & well-being centre who's project included site accessibility challenges, special school hour restrictions and 3 construction zones to be built simultaneously to a tight construction deadline.

Using 3D imagery & 4D construction sequencing, they were able to impress the selection panel with the high level of detail and foresight given to minimising traffic noise impacts to the surrounding neighbourhood during the special school hours. Ultimately, successfully showing consideration to surrounding community and time cost savings to the key stakeholders.
