Our client was tendering for Morewell Trade Skill Centre, an hands-on educational centre who's project included 2 construction zones to be built simultaneously to a tight construction deadlines while minimising traffic impact to Civic Circuit.

Using a set of 3D imagery, our client accurately captured the build sequence and could validate their forecasted schedule against the BIM building information model in each of the 5 key phases: from existing condition, site demolition, civil works, primary construction all the way to project handover.

With these images in the bid presentation and document submission, they efficiently communicated their key strategic advantage in pre-building the east and west construction zones. The selection panel was highly impressed, especially as they successfully showed traffic consideration for the larger Morewell Campus redevelopment and time cost savings to key stakeholders.
